We seek a skilled Pizza Chef (Pizzaioli) to join our team and create delicious pizzas for our customers. As a Pizzaioli, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality pizzas using fresh ingredients and traditional Neapolitan techniques. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that orders are completed on time while maintaining the highest standards of taste and presentation.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook various types of pizzas according to our menu and customers' preferences
• Monitor inventory levels and order ingredients as needed
• Ensure all pizzas are made to order and meet quality standards
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient food preparation
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Collaborate with servers and take customer preferences into account when preparing pizzas

Requirements

• 3-5 years of proven experience as a Pizza Chef or in a similar role
• Extensive knowledge of pizza-making techniques and traditional recipes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating visually appealing dishes
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.42 - $24.59 per hour

Experience:

• Restaurant experience: 3 years (Preferred)
