Watermark Retirement Communities one of the country’s leaders in senior housing has a very unique opportunity for the person that not only has a proven track record in developing associates, but a person that will drive associate engagement, embraces a culture of coaching, and mentoring and possesses an exceptional knowledge of human resources generalist and payroll skills.
For us, the right person will have minimum of 5 years in a Human Resource leadership role with a specialty in driving engagement, recruiting, and developing existing talent and the ability to identify and develop plans around breakdowns. A background in senior housing a definite plus!
