Brooke Glen Behavioral Hospital is Hiring a Psychiatric Registered Nurse (RN) 7pm-7am Near Fort Washington, PA

Brooke Glen is hiring full-time RNs for night shift (7p-7a) . The position is scheduled for 36 hours per week with an every 3rd weekend rotation. We offer an excellent benefits package shift differentials. There is opportunity for overtime and to cover various shifts if interested.

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse prescribes, delegates, coordinates, and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with health team members and in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices. The Registered Nurse also has supervisory responsibilities for the Mental Health Technicians.

Located in Fort Washington, PA, our 146-bed facility provides a peaceful setting for those seeking treatment for mental illness. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education: Graduate from an accredited program of professional nursing required. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of five (5) years experience as a registered nurse in a psychiatric health care facility preferred.
  • Licensure: Currently licensed to practice by the State Board of Nursing. Must have a valid driver's license.
