BROCKTON PUBLIC SCHOOLS is Hiring a Site Supervisors for Smart Start Extended Day Programs Near Brockton, MA
Contingent upon funding, the Smart Start Extended Day Program is seeking SITE SUPERVISORS for the 2023-2024 school year for elementary schools. This is a twelve-month program that may require working on holidays, as well as during school and summer vacations. These positions are a job share.QUALIFICATIONS:1.Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred2.At least five years of successful classroom experience preferred.3.Excellent written and oral communication skills and strong organizational skills.4.Strong computer skills5.Knowledge of cash management6.CPR/First Aid Certification required annually.7.Safety Care Training preferred.8.Previous experience working in a Smart Start Extended Day Program required.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:1.Supervise the program from 7:00 a.m. to the beginning of the school day and from school dismissal to 6:00 p.m. during school days. (7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. during vacation and summer)2.Responsible for scheduling and oversight of staff, including the implementation of quality programming.3.Prepare and submit staff payroll using Somroli Timeclock4.Maintain records and payments with EZ Child Track Management System5.Order supplies and materials for site program6.Adhere to required EEC regulations for funded programs including completion of a required Background Record Check every three years, annual completion of EEC Essentials Training Modules, and submission of requested staff records to a confidential file in Human Resources7.Other duties as assigned by the Director of Community Schools and the Coordinator of Extended Day ProgramsCOMPENSATION:According to BEA Contract and a one-time stipend for fingerprint fee and for completion of the EEC Essential Trainings series.FUNDING SOURCE: Community Schools
