Job Description :

Broadstep Behavioral Health Inc. is seeking a Peer Support Supervisor to serve as the leader of our treatment team that provides direct clinical care to adults and children in our community based and in-home care programs in North Carolina.

This position works closely with other clinical members of a defined team and serves an integral role in the treatment of patients in the behavioral health continuum.

Schedule & Location : (FT / M-F 8am-5pm; Coummunity Based)

Job Duties :

• Provide services based on the principles of wellness self-management, personal recovery, natural supports, coping skills, and self-advocacy skills, and development of independent living skills for housing, employment, and full community inclusion.
• Assist clients with self-determination and decision-making.
• Teach functional skills (managing meds, finances, health care, resources, daily living, etc).

Required Education / Experience :

• Bachelors
• 1-2 years
• Stong Documentation Skills
• Ability to Analyze Detailed Information
• Strong Verbal Communication Skills
• Supervisory Experience Preferred
