Come light up the world with us, we’re currently looking for an Account Director to join our Sales team in Australia!

What to expect

We are looking for an Account Director to maintain and grow our relationships with our enterprise Out of Home (OOH) Media customers in Australia. Our industry-leading products are diverse and are used by many different client departments including network operations, sales, and ad operations. This results in deep and often complex customer relationships that require proactive management to ensure that our customers get the most out of what we have to offer. The Account Director will join a team of AMs that helps our clients get the most value from our products & services, and gain insights from industry experts.

Overall goals: grow revenue (upsell); reduce churn; deepen relationships (be seen as partners, not just vendors); centralize communication.

What you need to perform in this job

  • Maintain and grow revenue with existing enterprise clients
  • You are fluent in English
  • Identify opportunities for customer growth through the use of Broadsign products and services
  • Identify customer needs and market insights to be communicated to the rest of the Broadsign organization
  • Conduct renegotiations and renewals to modify and/or expand client product offerings & contracts via mutually beneficial strategies
  • Maintain accurate data hygiene for all assigned accounts
  • Become a trusted and knowledgeable client partner with strong, dedicated knowledge of current client base
  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships that are shown through positively impacting client NPS
  • Manage complex stakeholder relationships with all levels from C-Suite to operational team
  • Identify potential risks and uncover hidden requirements through proactive discovery sessions, inquiring deeply, and crafting a comprehensive long-term account strategy for achieving growth.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews with client leadership to provide insight into their use of our tools, opportunities for them to grow, and expected hurdles to be overcome
  • Represent Broadsign in industry events and conferences, furthering thought leadership and credibility through engagements, can travel up to 50% of the time
  • 5 years of account management or sales experience
  • experience with solutions sales and long sales cycles and with working to a revenue target/carrying a quota
