Broad Street Home Care is Hiring a Full Time Caregiver Position -Chicago (MEY) Near Chicago, IL
Broad Street Home Care provides compassionate and personalized private home health services in the Chicagoland Area and is seeking Care Professionals to work in Chicago providing in-home care.
The work schedule would be Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays 10 am to 5 pm.
Purpose of This Position
Broad Street works with clients one-on-one in the comfort of their homes helping them to bridge the gap between the medical field and home. You will be assigned to one client to assist them with their Areas of Daily Living such as light housekeeping, meal preparation, personal care, companionship, mobility assistance, and more. You will work closely with the Care manager to collaborate on the client's care and safety.
Position Requirements
- Ability to pass the Illinois Department of Healthcare Registry Background check
- Must possess the ability to navigate a phone application to clock in and out as well as enter case notes
- Ability to work and relate with the ill, elderly, and disabled population
- Demonstrate the ability to be a strong team player
- Ability to work independently and when circumstances warrant the ability to make decisions
