We provide One-on-one Private Nursing in the home. We are focused on the Concierge Healthcare Care market and the growth in Private Pay, by providing healthcare solutions that bridge the gap between the healthcare system and home.

Experience Requirements:

At least 1-2 years of clinical/med surge experience as an RN,

Completely Flexible Schedule and Location (What works for you) – Private Nursing Care Needs in the Home vary. As a result, we present the opportunities that work for you. This can include set schedules with long shifts, or shorter shifts. It can be a supplement to another job, or even PRN. We operate throughout Chicagoland. It’s really up to you.

·No coding or administrative overhang – We are completely private pay. No more tedious Insurance documentation. We do documentation, but only as it relates to the support of the patient and each other.

·Collaboration with other Nurses – All of our Cases involve Nurse Care Managers and Patient Advocates for support and collaboration. It is truly a team effort.

·Opportunity for advancement – Virtually all of our Patient Advocates and Care Managers started as Private Nurses. For the right person, the sky is the limit 

·Private Nursing can also provide a variety of skilled nursing tasks, where specific nurses may have a unique capability, particular strength, or even general preference.

Advanced Wound Care (Decubiti)

Infusion Therapy (IV Therapy)

Medication Management

Respiratory Therapy (BiPap, CPap)

Foley Catheter

Feeding Tube Management

Furthermore, Private Nursing can be focused on specific health conditions where Nurses may have a particular specialty or wealth of experience.
