Job Requirements and Responsibilities:

• 2 years restaurant management experience
• Believes in being the best they can be and having fun while they work!
• An upbeat, enthusiastic personality & desire to interact with staff.
• Passion to deliver delicious and crafted food that’s complimented by impeccable guest service.
• A growth mindset supported by collaboration, creativity, and communication.
• Commitment to building teams focused on sustained excellence.
• Must calmly assess the pressures of day-to-day operations and propose appropriate solutions to restaurant problems.
• Posses a strong understanding of labor scheduling, ordering procedures, inventory controls and employee relations.
• Enforces health safety and sanitation standards and procedures for food handling, cleanliness, and restaurant maintenance.
• Consistent compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws, and ordinances.
• Understands and appreciates the value of teaching, training and developing staff
• Directs the hiring, supervision, development of restaurant staff.
• High School Diploma (Four Year Degree or Hospitality Degree preferred)

Pay: $51,000.00 - $53,000.00 per year
