BRITTANT HEALTHCARE LLC LOOKING FOR CAREGIVERS TO JOIN OUR TEAM!
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals in a residential setting
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Administer medication according to prescribed schedules and document accurately
- Monitor and report changes in residents' physical and emotional well-being
- Implement behavior management techniques as directed by the care plan
- Assist with meal preparation and ensure dietary needs are met
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Respect and uphold resident rights and confidentiality (HIPAA)
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to transport residents as needed
- Ability to lift and transfer individuals with physical limitations
- Experience in caregiving, childcare, or related field preferred
- Knowledge of basic medical terminology and understanding of healthcare systems
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding demeanor
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to care plans accurately
Note: This position does not require a nursing degree or certification. However, individuals with a nursing background are encouraged to apply as their knowledge and skills may be beneficial in providing quality care.
