A busy and kind family of 6 is seeking a top-notch personal/family assistant to join their team in Bronxville, NY. Hours for this position are generally Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm, with flexibility needed for occasional events in the evening and on weekends. The PA will be working out of the family's home so the candidate should feel comfortable with the dynamics of a busy home. Duties for this position include everything related to the home and family, such as managing other household staff, liaising with property managers and/or vendors at the family's various residences, booking private and commercial travel. Other duties include event, holiday and gift planning, shopping and errands, managing the family's dog and cat care, liaising with financial and tax advisors on bill pay, tax preparation and money movements and anything else required to keep the family and home running smoothly. The ideal candidate for this role is flexible and adaptable, proactive and able to prioritize, with a no task is too big or too small attitude. The candidate should be professional, with a warm and joyful energy. While the family is around and sharing the same space, they are really seeking a candidate who is able to take initiative and work without micromanagement. The family is very focused on community service and giving back, so experience with nonprofits and finding and coordinating service opportunities is important for this role. Candidates for this role must be fully COVID vaccinated and ideally boosted as well. This position is offering an annual salary of $140-150k.
