As a member of the practice team, the purpose of the dental receptionist role is to provide excellent customer service and facilitate patient care by phone and electronic communication, scheduling appointments, collecting payments, and other administrative tasks.

Essential Functions

  • Responsible for greeting and registering patients as they enter the practice.
  • Provides phone, clerical, and data entry support.
  • Productive scheduling
  • Answering phones - scheduling inbound callers for consultations
  • Check in/Check out
  • Adhering to financial arrangements and collecting payments
  • Inter-office communication and documentation of conversations with patients
  • Partner with Doctor and clinical team to ensure exceptional patient experience 

Required Experience

  • At least 1 year of Coordinating/Front Office/Receptionist Experience
  • Above Average Communication & Listening Skills
