Assists in the management of all aspects and functions of the property in accordance with company standards of excellence. Provides assistance to the General Manager with all guest service, passion for the brand, team communication, development of authentic talent, operational standards of excellence, and decision making and for the entire location. Directs, implements, and maintains a philosophy congruent with the company’s culture, which services as a guide to all staff members.
