Notable Nashville pitmaster Carey Bringle brings Texas Hill Country mission-style smoked meats, sides, and bourbon cocktails to a new spot in the Nations. Located at 4901 Centennial Boulevard in a space that formerly housed a service station. The restaurant keeps the industrial gas station vibes at the new counter-order smoked meat restaurant and adds ample pet-friendly outdoor seating, cornhole, and plenty of TVs peppered throughout. The massive patio will be open year-round.

The Busser cleans tables, taking plates, utensils and drinkware to the kitchen to be washed, and wiping down and resetting tables for the next service.

Job Duties

• Customer Service: A friendly, relaxing demeanor, courteousness and quick service will help you get repeat customers.

• You also might need to lift heavy objects like trashbags, kegs, or pallets of stock.

• Teamwork: You will be working with other bussers, bartenders and cooks to make a great dining experience. Being a team player is essential.

Skills and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Excellent critical thinking and time management skills
