Your Schedule & Payscale:
- Monday-Friday, 8A-5P
- $15-$20 / hour
- Weekly Pay
How you will make a difference:
- Teamwork: You will work under the direction of Customer Care Supervisors to learn how to grow in home health care through clinical support and customer service.
- Scheduling: Build schedules for clinicians based on the plan of care and provider orders.
- Payroll Processing: Ensure payday happens for every team member by processing payroll.
- Customer Service: Act as a point of contact for our patients and their families, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met with empathy and professionalism.
What’s required to join our team:
- At least 1 year of office experience, customer service or HR preferred but this role is meant to be a learning role.
- A thirst for knowledge as you will spend a lot of time growing and learning what it means to provide a higher standard of care.
- Passion for helping pediatrics or adults thrive and achieve their full potential.
