Job Overview:

This role is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing employees all while factoring in the long-term goals of an organization. You will support our Talent Acqusition initives for a newer, growing organization. Our singlular focus is to enable the freedom to pursue joy by providing services than maximize independence. This role will work on a non-standard work schedule of evening and weekend hours.

Accountabilities / Responsibilities:

• Follow policies and strategies for acquiring new talent
• Analyzing the company’s hiring and talent needs to anticipate hiring
• Using various channels to source candidates
• Working with hiring managers to anticipate needs and fill positions
• Managing the screening process, including resume screening and interviewing
• Building relationships with applicants and past employees
• Researching talent acquisition trends to improve the process
• Utilize systems to manage and analyze data
• Support talent acquisition efforts by conducting research and screening candidates
• Collaborate with all teams including Human Resources and Marketing

Position Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Associates degree in a related field or equivalent experience is ideal.

- Strong proficiency in ATS and HRIS systems including Indeed.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

- Experience in social media management and executing successful campaigns

- Knowledge of talent acquisition best practices

- Ability to conduct research and analyze data effectively

- Must have evening and weekend availability! This role is remote working model, but in person meetings maybe required.
