Purpose:

Home Visitation position focusing on parent child relationships with a strength-based philosophy using Growing Great Kids Curriculum.

Job Responsibilities:

-Provide Family Support through weekly home visits

-Focus on Parent Education using Growing Great Kids Curriculum

-Family Centered Goal Setting

-Developmental Screenings

-Connect families to community resources

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree in social work, Psychology, Early Childhood Education

-Home Visitation experience

-Valid Driver’s License

This is an Exempt position with a salary range of $37,000 - $38,000.
