Position Purpose: The HIPPY Home Visitor partners with families while assisting them in overcoming barriers and setting goals which lead to parent/child interaction and school readiness. This will take place via home visitation and Brighton Center based groups/programs activities.

• Build relationships with Parents inside their homes.
• Provide parents with tools and information to be their child's first teacher.
• Provide bundled and integrated services.
• Understand outcomes and ability to meet/exceed program measures.
• Work with families in Boone County.

• Highschool Diploma or GED.
• Experience working with children is required.
• Knowledge of Case Management, data entry, reporting, and goal setting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Customer Service and Organizational skills.
• Valid Driver's License, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Strong commitment to cultural competency and a deep understanding of the value of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Ability to speak a second language a plus.

• $15.00 per hour
