GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF POSITION
This position plays a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing Brighton Center's facilities ensuring a healthy, safe, secure, and productive work environment for all team members. Implement and manage security and safety measures to safeguard facilities and a member of Crisis Management Team. Create and oversee comprehensive maintenance plans (day-to-day and preventative) based on Toyota Production System (TPS), ensuring smooth operations, and preventing issues before they arise. Supervise the facilities team, fostering collaboration, growth, and a shared commitment to excellence. Build relationships with external vendors, securing the best services and value for Brighton Center. Manage construction projects that enhance our facilities, fostering efficiency and productivity.

To ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all facilities and grounds, prioritizing the health, safety, and well-being of Brighton team members, clients, students, vendors, and visitors.
Maintaining a Safe and Secure Environment (30%)

QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferred: Some college coursework in a relevant field (e.g., facilities management, construction trades).
