Job Description:

As a Business-to-Business Sales Representative at Bright Star Auctions, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and nurturing existing relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and engage with businesses in need of auction services, persuasively communicate the value proposition of Bright Star Auctions, and ultimately close deals that meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, identify, and engage potential business clients interested in equipment auctions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate auction logistics, ensuring a seamless and efficient process for both buyers and sellers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales strategies and achieve revenue targets.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to provide informed recommendations to clients.
  • Represent Bright Star Auctions with professionalism, integrity, and a commitment to our values.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales or a related field, with a track record of exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule effectively.
  • Passion for serving others and making a meaningful impact through your work.
  • Familiarity with auction processes and equipment sales is a plus, but not required.
