Job Opportunities:

  • We are looking for experienced professionals in the Solar Industry:

Lead Setters and Closers Compensation:

▪ Lead Setter: Weekly $3,120, Monthly $12,480
▪ Closer: Weekly $5,200, Monthly $20,800
▪ Top Performers (Self-Generating Closers): Weekly $8,320, Monthly $33,280
o 50/50 commission split between Lead Setters and Closers
o 100% commission paid to self-generating closers with an 85% close rate

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Solar Industry
  • HIS License required (HIS License provided for eligible candidates without a license)
  • Demonstrated success in sales or lead setting

Incentives:

  • Industry-leading commission payout structure
  • 30% commission after site inspection with PPA, 70% after installation
  • 20% commission from purchases after site inspection, 80% after installation

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM (Prospecting), 2:30 PM - 6:30 PM PST (D2D)
  • Optional Overtime: 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM PST (D2D) (Considered Top Performer, fast track to Team Manager)
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM PST (D2D), 9:00AM - 1:00PM PST (D2D) Required
  • Optional Overtime 1:00PM - 7:00PM PST (D2D) (Considered Top Performer, fast track to Team Manager)
  • Sunday: Recommended preparation day (Considered Top Performer, fast Track to Team Manager)

Interviews:

  • Temecula Office: Tuesday and Wednesday, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM PST
  • San Diego Office: Thursday and Friday, 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM PST
  • On-boarding begins immediately after successful second-round interviews on Friday, with work commencing the following Monday.
