Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Team Leader. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and ensuring the smooth running of them. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, excellent communication, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and commercial skills as well.

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to teams, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service.
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

- Drive commercial strategies to increase sales and the generation of potential leads.
- Handle customer and employee's inquiries, complaints, and special requests in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies for increasing sales, improving efficiency and customer satisfaction and assuring effective onboardings of employees.

Experience:
- Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality or food service industry
- Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles (DESIRABLE)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
