Position Title: Promotions Team MANAGER ( Inside and outside sales)

Job Description:

• Promotional Activities: Plan, organize, and execute promotional events and campaigns to increase brand visibility and drive sales.
• Customer Engagement: Interact with customers to promote products or services, answer inquiries, and provide information about promotions.
• Sales Generation: Utilize persuasive communication skills to effectively sell products or services and meet sales targets.
• Product Knowledge: Develop a comprehensive understanding of the products or services being promoted to effectively convey their features and benefits to customers.
• Commission-Based Sales: Earn additional income through commission-based sales by meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Reporting: Maintain records of promotional activities and sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with colleagues and other departments to ensure seamless execution of promotional activities and achieve common goals.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience for customers and encourage repeat business.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, marketing, or promotions preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate promotional events.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or marketing is a plus.

Compensation:

• Base pay: $400 Per Week Salary ( Min 40 Hour Work Weeks)
• Commission: Additional pay based on earnings.
• Tips: Tips based on tip percentage.

Pay: $12.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
