```Job Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence and engage with our target audience. If you have a passion for social media, a creative mindset, and excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, tik tok, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
- Manage social media accounts, including scheduling posts, monitoring comments and messages, and responding to inquiries
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all platforms
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media management
-Create content, including scripts and videos from our office and employees in accordance with the current trending videos on social media, to promote our culture, brand and services
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices
- Strong understanding of relationship management and customer engagement strategies
- Experience with advertising on social media platforms
- Proficient in social media management tools such as Hootsuite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
- Knowledge of e-commerce principles is a plus
- Basic graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
