* TRULY love patient care and a positive attitude towards life in general

* Evaluating patients for appropriateness

* Initiating, coordinating and revising, as necessary, treatment plans of care

* Oversee team members who also contribute in properly executing the POC

* Preparing accurate, orderly and timely reports and documentation

* Participating in the Quality Assurance/Quality Improvement process
