Job Description
- Oversee the full lifecycle of the grants pipeline for the organization
- Collaborate with the Programs team to review grants, ensure contractual agreements are followed, and establish grant criteria
- Provide oversight relating to funder regulation compliance
- Work with implementation teams and grantees on compliance training
- Participate in business development activities for grant proposal development
- Travel internationally, as needed
- Approximately 3-5 years of relevant grants and contracts experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; Master's degree a plus
- Experience with USAID or other large US government donors
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bilingual in French, Spanish, or Arabic is a plus
- Ability to travel internationally, as needed
