RN Resident Care Manager

Our skilled and long term care nursing home is hiring a RN Resident Care Manager. We are seeking a Registered Nurse who is interested in joining our managerial team as a Resident Care Manager.

BASE SALARY: Compensation is flexible and will be determined based on experience. Our highly competitive comprehensive benefits package, including, health, dental, vision, generous PTO plan and 401K.

OVERVIEW OF POSITION: As a RN/RCM, you will work closely with families, staff, and outside providers at our Care Center.

- 2 Years Experience Required.

- Documents the admission status of resident.

- Completes Minimum Data Sets and RAP Summaries.

- Completes an assessment and documents the residents need for nursing services.

- Ensure provision and documentation of nursing services for the resident.

- Reviews and updates monthly physician orders.

- Reviews physician orders, transfer/pre‐admission. ADL'S for completeness.

- Review 24 Hour Report daily and do appropriate follow‐up.

- Prepares and updates care plans on computerized system.

- Ensures provision and documentation of resident care interventions prescribed by
other health care providers.

Pay: $55.00 - $60.00 per hour
