Responsibilities: - Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the lobby area - Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors regularly - Dust and polish furniture and fixtures - Empty trash receptacles and replace liners - Clean and sanitize restrooms - Ensure all areas are well-stocked with supplies - Assist guests with any inquiries or requests - Report any maintenance or repair issues to management - Follow all safety and sanitation procedures Qualifications: - Previous experience in floor care, custodial, or housekeeping management preferred - Knowledge of hotel or hospitality industry standards for cleanliness and presentation - Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Excellent communication and customer service skills Please note that this is a general job description for a Lobby Attendant position.
