• Maintain a clean and organized workspace and kitchen
• Properly sort, wash, and dry soiled dishes
• Open and close dish stations according to predetermined process
• Ensure BOH floors are clean and dry
• Empty trash cans throughout shift
• Maintain dry storage area and the organization of storage shelves
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning tasks
• Assists in food prep and any other duties when needed
