Looking to add Bartenders to our team at our brand new location in Biddeford, Maine! Previous bartending experience required.

Job description includes (but is not limited to):

• Food and beverage service including taking orders, clearing of any food and/or beverage items, etc.
• Prepare cocktails per company builds
• Open and close dining room according to predetermined process.
• Greet and engage guests in a friendly and courteous manner and explain any specials and/or restaurant promotions to guests.
• Use of Toast POS system.
• Abide by all state and federal regulations and restaurant liquor policies pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests.
• Complete daily and weekly cleaning and maintenance tasks around restaurant.
• Dedication to maintaining a safe, comfortable, and fun environment for guests and staff.
• Exceptional customer service is hugely important to our business model; must be a people person!
