Job Overview:
As a Sales Representative at Brian Marketing Group, you will play a pivotal role in initiating the sales process by identifying and qualifying potential leads. Your primary responsibility will be to generate interest and set appointments for our experienced Sales team. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospects to identify potential leads and opportunities.
- Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to ensure alignment with our target market.
- Clearly and effectively communicate the value proposition of Brian Marketing Group's services.
- Schedule appointments for Sales Executives to further explore client needs and present solutions.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to optimize outreach strategies and refine the lead qualification process.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to enhance your understanding of client needs.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
