Maintenance Supervisor Duties
- As maintenance supervisor you will oversee the maintenance staff.
- You will establish a continuous maintenance schedule for all systems and areas of your facility.
- You will train new and existing staff in community and state-required policies and procedures.
- You will provide and oversee a wide variety of maintenance and mechanical work including but not limited to carpentry, electrical, plumbing and painting.
Maintenance Supervisor Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2 or more years experience working maintenance in long-term care.
- Working knowledge of multiple systems relevant to nursing home maintenance (ie., HVAC, plumbing, electrical)
- Excellent interpersonal skills
