Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Medical Assistant to join our team. As a Medical Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting healthcare providers in delivering quality patient care and ensuring smooth clinic operations.

Responsibilities:

- Greet patients and escort them to exam rooms

- Record patient information such as vital signs, medical history, and reason for visit

- Assist healthcare providers during examinations and procedures

- Administer treatments as directed by healthcare providers

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms and clinic areas

- Schedule appointments, answer phones, and handle patient inquiries

- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program

- Certification as a Medical Assistant (e.g., CMA, RMA) preferred

- Previous experience in a healthcare setting is a plus

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities

- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems
