Responsibilities:

  • Conduct recruitment activities, including sourcing, utilizing social media, online job boards, and our recruitment database.
  • Identify candidates to meet the needs of our clients based on their preferences and qualifications for a particular organization or role.
  • Build and maintain relationships with candidates.
  • Meet with the recruitment team regularly to collaborate and manage your active candidate pipeline.
  • Contribute to, and be responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly individual and team goals.

Qualifications:

  • 1 years of recruitment experience is preferred.
  • Motivated and positive individual.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
