A prestigious healthcare system in California is searching for an Emergency Department Nurse Manager for one of its hospitals in Clovis. In this role, you will be responsible for a mixture of administrative and clinical functions, including supervising staff, scheduling, and quality patient care. Responsibilities:
- Oversee a dynamic team that serves over 300 patients per day.
- Direct, supervise, and evaluate patient care performed by nursing personnel.
- Ensure the proper scheduling and coverage within the units.
- Coordinate the quality improvement process.
- Collaborate with leadership and interdisciplinary teams to streamline patient flow and improve the overall patient experience and staff satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
- A BSN is preferred.
- Active RN License.
- 3 years of leadership experience in the ED.
Additional info:
- Full-time, permanent position
- Monday-Friday, days
- Pay: $145,000-$212,000, depending on experience.
