Compensation for this part-time, seasonal position is $20/hr. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate's salary history at other jobs, and by law, BGV will not seek information about salary history or applicant age. This position also includes BGV's Total Compensation package.

- Assist the HR department with various projects and tasks in order to gain practical workplace experience.
- Work closely with the intern’s mentor, meeting as necessary to discuss questions, provide feedback and obtain clarity on work assignments.
- Attend Trainings and Department meetings as appropriate, such as GVS session, safety trainings, or Results Leadership trainings.
- Uphold Hospitality Standards, Company Core Standards and Department Core Standards and observe Company policies and procedures.
- Be the “End of the line” and resolve every situation inherited, not passing it along, whenever possible.
- Follow up on any situation that is not fully resolved at the time of the initial request always giving consideration to what the guest or owner deems appropriate.
- Respond promptly to all email and voicemail correspondence.
- Maintain a positive working relationship with guests, owners, co-workers and vendors to satisfy their accounting related requests, always being helpful and courteous.
- Wear a proper uniform, name badge and adhere to Company appearance standards at all times.
