Position Title: Enneagram Restored Podcast Co-Host

Reports to: Show Producer

GENERAL PURPOSE

Share a responsibility in creating and hosting podcast episodes. Act as a face of the show, interacting with guests or other hosts, introducing segments, and providing commentary throughout each episode.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Record podcast episodes, trailers, and ads alongside the host.
• Curate ideas and guests for the podcast.
• Interview guests alongside the host.
• Converse about The Enneagram with the host.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Podcasting experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Sufficient knowledge about The Enneagram.

Certificates, Licenses and Other Special Requirements

• A working webcam or external video camera to use with online conferencing software.
• USB or XLR microphone, such as a Yeti or Shure SM7B microphone, preferred but not required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• The ability to curate and write ideas/knowledge about The Enneagram.
• The ability to collaborate via software such as Zoom and Airtable.
• Communication skills.
• Listening skills.
• Research skills.
• Organization skills.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements

• Sitting for long periods of time.
