Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement
- Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
- Monitor social media channels for trends, opportunities, and customer inquiries
- Manage social media advertising campaigns and track performance metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
Experience:
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role
- Solid understanding of social media marketing principles and best practices
- Proficient in using web-based social media management tools
- Experience with Lightroom and CANVA for creating visual content
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other analytics tools to track social media performance
- Basic photography skills for capturing high-quality visuals for social media posts
- Experience in videography
- Knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including SEO and content marketing
- Experience in e-commerce or online retail is a plus
- Strong relationship management skills to engage with followers and respond to inquiries promptly
- Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accurate and error-free content
