Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various settings, including hospitals, commercial buildings, and other facilities. This is an important role that contributes to the overall safety and well-being of our clients and their visitors.

Responsibilities:
- Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and window cleaning
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring that they are stocked with necessary supplies
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste in designated areas
- Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain a high standard of cleanliness
- Handle and store cleaning products properly, following OSHA guidelines
- Use appropriate equipment and tools for specific cleaning tasks
- Perform floor care duties such as stripping, waxing, and buffing floors
- Adhere to infection control policies and procedures in healthcare settings
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial work is preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Familiarity with OSHA guidelines for handling chemicals and maintaining safety standards
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
