Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Floor Technician to join our team. As a Floor Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors in various commercial settings. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for our clients and their customers.

Duties:
- Perform routine floor cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Utilize specialized equipment to scrub, strip, wax, and polish floors
- Conduct spot cleaning and stain removal as necessary
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures
- Inspect floors for damage or wear and report any issues to management
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Experience:
- Previous experience in environmental services or commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques, including buffing, stripping, waxing, and polishing
- Familiarity with custodial procedures and best practices
- Ability to operate floor cleaning equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and carpet cleaners
- Attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team
