```Job Summary```
We are currently seeking an Order Filler to join our team at our distribution center. As an Order Filler, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently fulfilling customer orders and ensuring timely shipment.

```Duties```
- Receive and process incoming orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Utilize warehouse management system (WMS) to locate and pick items for orders
- Operate RF scanner to scan and verify product information
- Load and unload shipments using various equipment, such as reach trucks
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines

```Skills```
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Experience in shipping and receiving operations
- Proficiency in order fulfillment processes
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems, such as AS400
- Ability to operate RF scanners for inventory management
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and packing
- Basic math skills for quantity verification
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy packages
