Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Floor Technician to join our team. As a Floor Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of floors in various settings. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and sanitary environment for our clients and customers.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine floor care tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming
- Utilize appropriate cleaning solutions and equipment to remove stains, dirt, and debris from floors
- Operate floor care machines such as buffers, scrubbers, and carpet cleaners
- Strip and wax floors as needed
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Inspect floors for damages or maintenance needs and report any issues to the supervisor
- Assist with general custodial duties as assigned

Experience:
- Previous experience in environmental services or commercial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques and equipment operation (e.g., buffing, carpet cleaning)
- Familiarity with different types of flooring materials and appropriate cleaning methods
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills

Note: This is a paid position.

Job Type: Full-time
