Responsibilities:

• Qualify prospects within assigned sales territory and build a consistent pipeline to meet sales goals.
• Conduct thorough assessments of customers' roofing needs and provide appropriate solutions.
• Climbing roofs to assess damage, measure, and provide accurate estimates.
• Present and explain roofing products, services, and warranties to potential customers.
• Negotiate and close sales agreements while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
• Ability and willingness to climb roofs and assess damage accurately.
• Possession of a reliable truck for transportation to and from customer locations.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
