Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Call Center Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and a proven track record in managing and motivating a team of customer service representatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily operations of the call center
- Supervise, train, and coach call center representatives
- Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement
- Handle escalated customer calls and resolve issues efficiently
- Conduct regular team meetings to communicate goals and objectives
- Analyze call center data to optimize processes and enhance customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other supervisors and call center manager to ensure seamless operations
Skills:
- Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively
- English proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Bilingual Spanish a plus!)
- Supervising: Experience in supervising staff in a call center environment
- Customer service orientation: Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service
- Analytical skills: Capable of analyzing data to drive performance improvements
