Responsibilities:
- Embody Bramante Homes' Core Values.
- Promotes job site safety, encourages safe work practices, and rectifies job site hazards immediately
- Communicate with and assist the executive team in resolving worksite issues quickly and effectively in order to keep work progress on track including finding subcontractors for various trades
- Update Daily job logs in CoConstruct, upload jobsite photos, complete production checklists, and comply with project schedules
- Convey all necessary project information to trade partners
- Ensure compliance with all plan documents and specifications.
- Maintain liaison with local and state building officials to ensure that all local practices and inspection requirements are fulfilled
- Schedule material deliveries as needed
- Complete project take off estimates and be knowledgeable of all project requirements
- Ensure jobsite cleanliness
Qualifications:
- Must have multi-disciplinary knowledge of residential construction materials and techniques
- High level of service-minded professionalism with a wide range of clients.
- Previous experience in VA and working with local agencies is a plus
- Must have relevant project management experience
- Must be well organized and detail-oriented.
- Familiarity with construction management software Co-Construct is a strong plus.
- Strong proven leadership and negotiation qualities with a focus on deadline and attention to detail.
