The following is the essential functions of a Sales Associate at Braman Honda Palm Beach:
Must have product knowledge, understanding of sales processes, and good communication skills
Must highlight product features and demonstrate vehicle operation
Must greet customer, establish rapport, make inquiries about customer’s preferences, match these with vehicle models
Must evaluate a trade, including safety evaluation and condition.
Must test drive the vehicle with the customer
Job entails getting in & out of vehicles for demonstrations
Must complete the buyer’s order, credit applications and load customer information into the system.
Must be aware of procedures and reporting requirements in accepting cash amounts
Must inspect and road test the vehicle prior to delivery
Must explain all operating controls and features, explain how customer obtains license plate and vehicle registration
Must comply with dress code, be properly groomed, and professional in presentation
A Sales Associate work hours can vary. Hours of operation are Monday – Friday,
9:00am – 9:00pm, Saturday, 9:00am – 8:00pm, & Sunday, 11:00am – 6:00pm.
There is a possibility of working past closing time depending on the needs of the department/customers.
There will be some sitting working at a desk on a computer.
Job will entail mostly standing & walking with occasional bending and lifting of 20lbs.
Must be able to walk the lot and endure the weather conditions outside. The environment can either be in a controlled air conditioned building or outside.
