Job Summary:
We are seeking an Assistant, Service, Store Manager in Training to join our team. You will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our automotive service department. Your role will involve managing a team of technicians, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing sales and profitability.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of automotive technicians, providing guidance and support
- Ensure efficient workflow and productivity in the service department
- Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor and control expenses, including payroll and inventory costs
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and training as needed
- Interview, hire, and onboard new employees
- Oversee inventory control and ordering of parts and supplies
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in automotive technology

Requirements:
- Previous experience in store management or automotive service management
- Strong knowledge of retail math principles
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in inventory control and ordering processes
- Familiarity with payroll procedures and shift management
- Proven track record in driving sales and achieving targets
- Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training employees
- Strong negotiation skills for vendor relationships
