Job Summary:
Bradford Builders, Inc. is an award-winning Hancock County – based design/build residential and light commercial remodeling company with steady, year-round work. We are not a service company and do not solicit service calls.

We are searching for an experienced on-site project manager to work directly with the sales and production teams to ensure efficient projects meet client expectations.

Duties:

• Visit job sites to answer questions from crews and contractors.
• Visit job sites and conduct walkthroughs with clients and the sales team.
• Work with sales team and production team to efficiently manage crews and trade contractors.
• Maintain communication with the production team, other project managers, crews, trade contractors, and clients.
• Work with the production team to ensure materials, supplies, and trade contactors are on the job sites in a timely manner.
• Ensure quality control.
• Ensure proper safety equipment is available and that safety procedures are followed.
• Reconcile receipts and timecards with budget information.

Requirements:

• Minimum five years’ construction management experience
• Some CAD experience, a plus
• Proficient with Word and Excel
• Effective organizational skills
• Valid driver’s license
• Must pass a background check.
