Description

Job Summary
Assist corporate and field hiring managers with the recruiting/selection process for all positions within the organization and general HR matters to include employee relations, compensation, payroll, benefits, and engagement. This position requires an effective combination of professional administrative skills, personal maturity, discretion, reliability, and tact in dealing with highly sensitive/confidential matters and day-to-day responsibilities.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
Talent Acquisition:
  • Lead and facilitate the recruiting and selection process for assigned opportunities within the organization.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job postings, and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
  • Responsible for onboarding of new hires and ensuring I9/E-Verify compliance.
Employee Relations:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on a wide range of employee relations matters.
  • Provide guidance and support in resolving workplace conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
Compensation and Benefits:
  • Collaborate with payroll on daily and bi-weekly execution of timesheet accuracy and payroll runs.
  • Conduct salary surveys, analyze market data, and make recommendations for competitive compensation packages.
  • Collaborate with the benefits team on the communication and execution of benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Verify payroll data and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Partner with finance and payroll departments to resolve payroll-related issues and discrepancies.
Employee Engagement/Training & Development:
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
  • Plan and coordinate employee events, recognition programs, and other initiatives to foster a positive work culture.
  • Collect feedback from employees and leaders to identify areas for improvement and implement action plans.
  • Coordinate employee development initiatives, including orientation programs, leadership training, and professional development opportunities.

  • Heavy use of phone, computer, and office equipment.
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
Travel
  • Local area occasionally
  • Outside of local area less than 20%
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Required
  • 3-4 years corporate recruiting experience required.
  • Strong organization skills and the ability to work in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills that include strong presentation and relationship building skills.
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office).
  • Prior experience utilizing HRIS and ATS systems (Paycom, Oracle, SAP, iCIMS, etc.)
Preferred
  • 4 Year Degree preferred.
  • Paycom and other HRIS/Applicant Tracking Software experience is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of OFCCP guidelines, recruitment compliance, state, and local ordinances.
