Shift Lead Position Requirements:

· Training of all new employees

· Full knowledge of shift duty checklist

· Delegating tasks to other staff members, particularly during down time to maximize productivity

· Enforcing pool rules

· Contacting departmental heads when needed

· Assisting employees with tills, small food items, towels, and taking pool temperatures

· Communicating important information to supervisors

Shift lead is responsible for holding keys to facility, opening facility, and handling money at shift change.

This is a Full-Time position.

Schedule: Friday - Tuesday

• 3:30 PM - 11:30 PM
• Friday and Saturday hours change with the season

A full facility membership to the Bozeman Hot Springs provided with employment.
